I’m okay. I just ate an egg roll. I don’t even know what an egg roll is, I just eat them because they taste good. I assume there’s egg in them. Egg and other stuff.

I love Chinese food. I’m full now though.

I can’t eat much at once. Idk. I just can’t anymore. I never ate a huge amount, now I have to eat less. Maybe from the ulcer I guess. Supposedly even after they heal, the scarring can uh, make your stomach feel smaller.

You know, my boomer father can easily devour like 2 plates of anything, and he’s the same size as me.

At least I’m not losing weight. I’d like to gain a bit, but eating is such a chore.

Uhhhhh… psh. I’ve had friends with the most nightmarish health issues, so it feels so pathetic to whine about my tummy.

I’ve been managing to work out a bit in the morning after walking dog. Still nothing too hard, it feels too spooky. And idk how to judge that because I haven’t *not* worked out hard since I was like 16. So idk if it’s from taking over a year off and I’m just not used to it anymore, or if I’m like permanently damaged and can never work out hard again. I’ll try to slowly ease my way back into it. I finished MGS2. It wasn’t too bad. The ending cinematics were… relentless. But they were good. The Colonel and “Rose” lecturing you about societyyyyy and infinite pointless information like this bloooooooog, and the need for ceeeeensorship to keep society on track, it was uhhhh… good. You know, this game came out what, 100 years ago? Everyone now kinda understands the stuff they’re talking about, but idk maybe it was really mind-blowing stuff back then. ...or was it? How much do you REALLY know about what people were believing about like, the Internet and politicians being controlled, in the year this game came out? Were you even alive? You call Kojima prophetic, but maybe he was just a pawn used by the Patriots.

Snake’s explicitly pro-life whitepill speech at the end was really nice, though.

so then I started Metal Gear Solid 3. Your commanding officer or whatever says “God be with you” as you’re about to jump out a plane. Okay, based :) And then you have a flashback to Snake saying that fake Soviet astronaut quote “The Earth was blue and there was no God” because idk they were talking about the Soviets going to space. But it was such a pointless thing for him to say.

It was like being transported back in time to a 2007 AmazingAtheist YouTube video.

The ick hit me like a freight train, I couldn’t even pay attention any more. You know, I’ve acquired a cope by looking up the entire script and seeing Snake say “Thank God” later on in the game, which allows me to feel a little better lmao

Uhhhh… I ended up on Reddit, like the retard that I am, exposing myself to their takes about him saying that quote. And I had to(didn’t have to but did anyway) read a lot of the same midwit takes I stopped believing years ago.

“Erm, the more science progresses, the less likely there’s a God!” 😭 I literally used to believe that. It doesn’t even make sense. Iirc it’s called “the ever-shrinking god” argument and it neglects that Christians, and whatever other religions, believe that God created the Universe. Why oh why would understanding how something works mean that One who created it doesn’t exist? It’s just nonsense. It’s a strawman that confuses Christians, and whatever other religions, with men who once worshiped the Sun because they didn’t know it was a big flaming ball. Christians do not use the unknown as evidence of God’s existence, they use the *known*, they look at Creation and say “God made this.” Figuring out how God makes germs and gravity works doesn’t somehow push God out of germs and gravity.

It’s just a bad argument. And this… disgusting… redditor… was just so proud of it…

Even *ignoring* that God created the Universe, and granting that He only exists in the “gaps”, for every new gap filled, every answer, there’s always at least one new question, one new gap created. And not always just one, sometimes many more. Really rather than shrinking, God would be ever-expanding. But it doesn’t matter.

What difference, at this point, does it make?

Anyway… what was I talking about? Oh, Kojima really disgusted me with that. It was so gay and dumb. And you know, I’m a sensitive boy to this stuff because I wasted years of my life as an atheist. But. I’ll try to cope. It looks like there’s nothing else that gay and dumb in the story—well, at least nothing else that gay and dumb related to God.

Oh and… I’m really writing too much now… but the original quote *kinda* came from a *different* Soviet astronaut iirc. Like lil bro went to space, didn’t see literal-Dumbledore there, and thinks it’s his W.

You know, when atheists say “Skydaddy” a non-zero amount of them actually believe that people think that God is a bearded man in the sky. I was never that bad, but they literally think people think that. Idk what to make of that, but I’m boring myself now.
